Very disappointed!!! What was given was not at all what I thought I had ordered! Aside from the high price, nothing I ordered was delivered, I am so embarrassed and sad for the flowers that were delivered to my mother! I spent too much money for what she got and to top it off not even half of the money was refunded to me!! I would of had a better boquete from the flower guys on the corner of the freeways! So very angry and disappointed! Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Flowers were mediocre at best. But the part that angered me was that they completely messed up the card!...left things out that were supposed to be there, and signed by the wrong name!..called the company and all they could say was "The card is complimentary"....seriously?....your site says 100% satisfaction guarantee...well...I was not completely satisfied!...offered me a $10 credit to use with them next time....LOL....I'll never use your company again!

Horrible. Don’t recommend. Paid extra for same day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Only wanted to refund us 5.00$ off an 80$ order. Ended up canceling it.

Ordered flowers for mothers day and they never delivered the flowers. They are a scam do not order from them. I spoke to Sean the agent via chat on their website and he ended the chat once I said the delivery was never made. I spent 126$..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!

I have used this website a couple of times. I thought it was ok, until today. My mother's flowers never came even though the company states they were delivered. And I was really disappointed when I saw my mother-in-law's flowers. I expected more for $75 plus shipping! But at least she got something! My poor mom got absolutely NOTHING! It's ridiculous! Even IF the company issues a refund for my mom's missing flowers, she still received nothing for mother's day! Unacceptable business practice.

I ordered 2 dozen roses with a vase. I paid almost 70 dollars, and all I got was 12 skinny flowers 6 of which never opened up. They refunded me 21 dollars, but I will never order from them again.

I want to give no stars but can’t. Never delivered flowers. Spent 3 hours (a total of 4 different calls and chats). Still not resolved. They say if they don’t come today (the day after delivery date) to call back tomorrow. Terrible service! They have lots of excuses but still no flowers.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughters teacher at school n got the message saying they had been delivered but in fact they had not been delivered..I was livid,I cant stand liars ...got no answers for a while thru chat n finally a human called me n tried apologizing for the lie of delivery n offered me a refund of 10% n to attempt redelivery the next day ....(Hell No) you had 1 chance n blew it...I ordered from somewhere else ..same bouquet n cheaper n it was delivered within 3 hours...yall screwed up bunch of liars
